B I O G R A P H Y

Born 1952, Chicago
Northern Illinois University 1970-1973

Since moving to Arizona in 1973, Diane has been self-motivated in the art field, exploring the many facets of two-dimensional imagery, including prismacolor, linocuts, and oils in addition to watercolor. Her focus has included the awe-inspiring Southwest, European cityscapes and the figure.

Diane is a signature member of the National Watercolor Sociey, Watercolor West, the Western Federation of Watercolor Societies and the Arizona Watercolor Association. She has exhibited in over 50 national and regional shows and has won numerous awards.

She paints and gives workshops in the ballroom of the historic Kingdon House in Jerome which she acquired in 2005.
